This is the new combination
covered deck and ramp of Mr. & Mrs, Lenkeit of Flowerybranch,
GA.
The entire deck and railing system is a composite
material that never needs painting or staining or preservative
of any kind. The entire deck is screwed down from underneath.
There are no exposed screws and no nails. With this composite
material there is no splinters, no shrinkage and no rotting.
The underside of the roof is tongue and grooved cedar, with
a beautiful paddle fan with light, each
with their own wall switch.
The deck is 10' x 14' the ramp is 5'
wide and 21' long.
Don & Amy Murtha's new Enclosed porch & open deck with
stairs. Don picked a very nice railing pattern, removable screens,
a 5' wide double screen door, paddle fan, and vaulted ceiling.
We also installed a new back & front door on his house.

All the screens are removel for repair or replacement.

with removel screens. We also installed a Heating and AC unit
in the wall, and a padel fan with light.
We replaced a lot of bad and damaged siding and painted all
the siding and trim on all the house. We also installed a new
atic stair, and presure washed the driveway.
